Use a water flosser to clean teeth. Top and bottom. Front and back.

Step 4: Electric Toothbrush
[1]Take your electric toothbrush of choice making sure to spend the full 2 minutes brushing your teeth. Avoid pressing too hard on your teeth and let the mechanical motor do the work.

Rinse your mouth with mouthwash

Ten adults completed both rinsing and no-rinsing conditions after brushing with 1,500-ppm sodium-fluoride toothpaste. Without rinsing, fluoride concentrations in saliva were higher for up to 30 minutes. The study found no meaningful increase in systemic fluoride absorption
