Content and Medical Disclaimer
The short version
MyProtocol is a library of wellness routines written by the people who publish them. We do not write this content, and we do not review it for medical accuracy, safety, or results. Nothing here is medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before you change anything about your routine.
1. Who writes the content here
Protocols and community notes are written by the people who publish them. The author may or may not have medical or scientific training. MyProtocol is a place to publish and read these routines; we do not author them. Each protocol is one person’s record of what they did. It is not a recommendation from MyProtocol.
2. How moderation works
We moderate content for compliance with our Community Guidelines: we may remove content that violates them, such as spam, harassment, off-topic posts, promotional abuse, and dangerous instructions. We do not review protocols or notes for scientific accuracy, medical safety, dosage, or whether they will produce the results the creator describes. Protocols publish automatically. A protocol going live means its author submitted it and it passed automated safety checks, nothing more.
We make no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, safety, legality, or usefulness of any protocol, note, or other content. You access and rely on it at your own risk.
3. No endorsement
We do not endorse any creator, credential, product, supplement, or routine mentioned on the Platform. A protocol may describe supplements, doses, or uses that no regulator has evaluated or approved.
4. Not medical advice
Nothing on MyProtocol is medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and using the Platform does not create a doctor-patient, coaching, or other professional relationship. Each protocol is one person’s record of a routine they ran. Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet, supplements, training, or anything else.
Never disregard professional medical advice, or delay seeking it, because of something you read here. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or your local emergency number right away.
5. How this fits with our Terms
This page summarizes points covered in our Terms (the Medical disclaimer and Assumption of risk sections) and our Community Guidelines. Where this page and the Terms address the same topic, the Terms control.
